Georgia Blu Photo Event

GeorgiabluWhat fun we had a Krista Mean's chic Georgia Blu children's boutique!

The day was spent taking MANY photos of cuties. These wonderful head shots were artistically alerted into Paper Locket's Making Faces - retro art. Take a look at this fun transformation!

Fun Photos at CAPERS in West Seattle

What a great way to kick off the holidays! Wow, CAPERS was full of cute kids and pups! Full of smiles for their holiday cards and wall art gifts.

If you haven't been to  the Junction "with Gumption" lately, then you're missing out on  the best of the best around town (oh, around the world I mean)! Yes, our event was a hit, but that's not what I'm talking about. I have to share the West Seattle experience with everyone!

Lisa Myers' store, CAPERS, is a community gathering place. Greet the locals, order a great rustic BLT (with pesto mayo) and shop for festive home decor and gifts. Why doesn't every neighborhood have a  CAPERS? After leaving CAPERS, I walked a couple of blocks down California Avenue, to say 'hi' to Krista Means at Georgia Blu - we're doing a free photo-to-canvas-art event there on October 20th. What a great European shop. I actually felt like I was in Paris again! What a treat that was.

Krista told me that I definitely had to visit Bakery Neavue, the neighboring world champion baker. Oh, yes, I did! At 3:00pm I actually had to stand in a long line to purchase some baked goods. I ordered a baguette and some twice baked almond croissants. What a treat! The baguette insisted that I nibble on it all the way home. Darnedest thing! I'm not sure what happened to the croissants.

I'm looking forward to my next Junction visit on October 20th! And looking forward to seeing some happy holiday faces at Georgia Blu!
